POLICY

Our workshops are developed and created for a limited number of seats. When you register for a workshop, you reserve that seat for yourself which allows us to committing to paying the instructor and ensuring the costs of the class are covered. For each seat that is booked, this committment is made. For this reason, our cancellation policy for a refund is within 48 hours. After that, we offer you a credit at 100% of what you paid to be used towards a future workshop.

FOR UNDER QUORUM

Each workshop has a quorum number of seats that must be filled in order for us to cover all of our costs. For most of our workshops quorum is set at 7. If at the point 1-2 weeks before a workshop we are not able to meet our quorums, a workshop may have to be cancelled. At this point we will do our best to work with each participant to find another workshop they would like to participate in. If another workshop is not chosen, we can offer a full refund for a cancelled class. 


TRAVEL COSTS
REFUNDS & DISCLAIMER

If a workshop is cancelled and the participant is staying at the IWH, we are happy to offer a no fee cancellation on the room with a full refund. 

While IWH is not responsible or liable for any travel cost refunds for other lodgings or flights, please know we will work with you to ensure you to help you in every way possible. If you are in town to visit, we want to ensure you still have a wonderful time-- a tour of the house often can still be arranged free of charge.
